Products and health disclaimer

T-BREAK products are dietary supplements, not medicines. *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or under medical care.

Orders and pricing

All orders are one-time purchases; there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. We may cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors, and will refund any amount charged.

Promotions

Waitlist and promotional discounts are limited to one per customer, cannot be combined with other offers, and may expire.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the T-BREAK name, logo, text and images, is owned by Bruno International Maintenance LLC and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
