Shipping & Refund Policy

Processing and shipping

Orders ship from the USA within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking information by email once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping area and costs

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 14 business days of dispatch, contact us at brunointmaintllc@gmail.com and we will replace it or refund you.

Returns and refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Unopened products may be returned for a full refund of the product price. For opened products, we offer a one-time satisfaction refund per customer. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, email brunointmaintllc@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the return or approving the request.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no cost before they ship. Every order is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel afterwards.
